Intense Outpatient Program

Hendricks House Group offers an intensive outpatient program on our Millville Campus.  Our clients will be provided with services for a minimum of 3 hours , 3 days per week.  These evidence-based services are delivered by a team of qualified and caring clinicians, therapists, peer support specialists, licensed clinical social worker and an advanced practice nurse. Our outpatient addiction services include therapeutic counseling, psychiatric services, and substance abuse services for adult men and women over 18 years of age.

Our outpatient services for substance abuse include:

  • Individual and group counseling
  • Family counseling
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Psychiatry and medication monitoring for adults
  • Substance abuse counseling for adults
  • Intensive outpatient treatment for adults with a substance use disorder
  • Intensive outpatient services for adults with a co-occurring mental health and substance abuse diagnosis
  • Treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and other issues that create a barrier to reintegrating into the community sober.

Hendricks House Group has 3 campuses, located in Atlantic and Cumberland counties.  If you are interested in continuing your treatment at one of our Hendricks House Locations, work with the social worker/discharge planner at your current treatment facility and ask them to send a referral packet.  Once a referral packet is received, a screener will be in touch to set up an interview.

Hendricks House Group is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  We accept all NJ Fee For Service programs, for example: NJSI, SJI, DUII, MAP, Recovery Court.  We also have a contract with ISP.  All referrals can contact the NJ IME at 844-276-2777

Hendricks House Group’s length of stay varies by clinical necessity. The counselor and client will work together through an individualized treatment and discharge plan to determine duration, but most clients stay between 120-180 days.

Hendricks House Group works with local employers and agencies to ensure that clients are employed while at Hendricks House Group.  Clients are transported to and from work daily.  Hendricks House Group has a savings plan for clients.

OUR MISSION

The Hendricks House Group is a 501c3 organization providing Halfway House and outpatient treatment to adult men and women.  Through group, individual and family therapies, the addictive person will learn how to recover from their disease and live a more responsible, productive, and healthy life.  Through its interactions with the public, the Hendricks House Group will educate about addiction in an effort to promote awareness and acceptance.
