Hendricks House is a 3.1 Level of Care Halfway House Residential Treatment Center, with programs in Millville, Vineland, and Galloway and an outpatient program in Millville, NJ. HHG is seeking to fill the Clinical Director position. This position is responsible for ensuring that clinical supervision is occurring for our CADCs and interns according to program needs and licensing requirements. Must ensure established agency procedures are followed and that clinical standards that are set for treatment planning, the delivery of individual case management services, group and psychoeducational groups, discharge planning, and referral services are met. Also responsible for planning, implementing, and/or coordinating all treatment services delivered to clients. Collaboration and coordination with both internal and external resources are crucial to ensure successful client outcomes. Reports directly to Executive Director.
Candidate must meet one category below:
– A NJ Licensed Clinical Social worker with at least 5 yrs of exp. in addiction services, 2 of those years in a supervisory capacity
– A NJ Licensed professional counselor, or licensed marriage and family therapist, with at least 5 yrs of exp. in addiction services, 2 of those years in a supervisory capacity.
– A NJ LCADC with at least 5 yrs of exp. in addiction services, 2 of those years in a supervisory capacity.
– Or have a doctoral degree in human services, mental health or social work with at least two years of supervisory experience.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Millville, NJ: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
Are you a Psychologist or LCSW or LPC or LMFT, or LCADC (Required)
Salary:
$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
